I can not add mail to leads.
My crm will not let me add mail to my potential customers when I add them and also when editing them.
can anybody help me?
It may be file permission issue.
Can you verify all permission & ownership are correct?
Also, you can get an idea from a log. 1) suitecrm.log and 2) apache error log.
