SuiteCRM for managing sports club members?

For a community sports club with 500 members, we’re looking to replace our aging Microsoft Access membership database.

We would like something online that multiple people can administer, hence looking at CRMs like SuiteCRM.

But we’d also like a customer portal where are members can login and keep their personal details up-to-date? Does SuiteCRM include this feature or is there an extension that would be suitable?

Hi there,

Currently we have a Case portal for Joomla which allows you to create a portal user for a contact in the CRM, which allows the contact to log into Joomla and create/view/update/list cases.

There isn’t currently functionality with the portal to handle user management, but with custom code this could be implemented.
