SuiteCRM email settings always provide authentication error - UCS on AWS EC2 + SUITE CRM

Hello suiteCRM Community,

Did install a UCS EC2 AWS solution and SuiteCRM on top of it. Did not configured anything on the UCS side, just follow the wizard. SuiteCRM seems to be working during the install process was obliged to run twice.

Now trying to setup e-mail communication using the e-mail settings options on suiteCRM and tried it with gnail and other email providers but always get failure authentication with no code on the logs. AWS outbound traffic is allowed.
