We’re currently working on a bi-directional integration between Instantly.ai (for cold email campaigns and outreach) and SuiteCRM (self-hosted).
The goal is to let both systems communicate seamlessly so that:
- Campaign activity from Instantly (emails sent, opened, replied, etc.) is automatically synced back into SuiteCRM and updates the relevant Targets or Leads.
- New or qualified Targets from SuiteCRM can be automatically uploaded to Instantly and added to campaigns — without manual CSV imports.
- All data stays inside your own infrastructure, since we’re building this using n8n (self-hosted) instead of third-party SaaS connectors like Zapier.
We’re exploring the idea of turning this into an installable add-on or app for SuiteCRM, so anyone running their own instance could enable full Instantly.ai sync out of the box.
Before we go further, we’d love to hear from the community:

- Would this be useful for your team or clients?
- What key features or sync directions (Instantly → SuiteCRM, SuiteCRM → Instantly) would you find most valuable?
If there’s enough interest, we’ll share our workflow template and possibly release it as a supported integration or SuiteCRM extension.
