SuiteCRM Email Archive - Search

What exactly is this add-on looking for when it queries SuiteCRM? If I do a search with the email address, it finds nothing. If I search by last name, it finds every account/contact that has that name.

I just downloaded it from When I do a search with the email address, there are no results. This makes me wonder how the auto-archive works.

Any suggestions? Using Outlook 2013…SuiteCRM (Migrated from SugarCRM) 7.1.

I have been able to determine that it works on a Contact. It just doesn’t seem to search out the email address listed on an Account.
