SuiteCRM display label 'undefined'

Hi, I am newbie of suitecrm
I have a problem of undefined label. Browser cannot find /cache/jsLanguage/en_us.js
I’m using suitecrm 7.10, xampp 3.2.2 on windows 7

Help me please, thank you

You can try a few options from Admin / Repair, like Quick Repair and also rebuild Javascript options.

If you have many "undefined"s in several places, normally that’s caused by permissions problem, make sure your web server can read and write from the appropriate directories.

@Prafull Satasiya This isn’t going to help him. The commands in your link are for linux systems and he is using Windows 7.

@quangvo I had a similar issue with “Undefined” on wamp (similar to xampp) and Windows 8. In most cases “Undefined” labels caused by permission issues. On Wamp and Windows 8 couldn’t solve it, so I created a linux machine and moved SuiteCRM there.
