SuiteCRM Dashboard - Cases Dashlet missing

The Cases Dashlet is missing from my Home Dashboard!

If I click edit, I can see all dashlets apart from Cases (Cases Documents is present).

Anyone any idea why Cases appears to be the only Dashlet missing? There doesn’t appear to be any errors logged in either the Suite log or web console.

Any help or advice, much appreciated.


there an item called “My Open Cases” in the dashlet selection, do you have that? check on the demo page

Nope, the only Dashlet related to Cases I have is “Cases Documents”.

Cases show up in “My Activity Stream”, so I can hopefully assume theres not a relationship error.
