I just wondered if we used the on demand SuiteCRM if we could set it up using a specific URL via a CNAME?

Unfortunately we don’t support access to SuiteCRM:OnDemand instances through CNAMEs at the moment. Instances are accessed through
instancename.suiteondemand.com. I’ve put this feature request on our roadmap but I can’t give an estimation when it will be ready to use.
