My condition is:
Leads > Date Created > Greater Than > Date > Date Created+ 1 days
it’s not triggering email after lead creation
Date Created is always less than Date Created + 1. So your workflow won’t run.
What should be done now? After signing up The user will receive an email on the 1st day, another email on the 2nd day,
Try Date Created equals Today - 1.
And Date Created equals Today - 2.
