Have anyone encounter problems setting up a bounce handling email account using Amazon AWS SES’s credential before? Every time I input my SES email credential from Amazon AWS, the CRM always hang and I have to reboot the CRM instance in AWS before I can get back into the CRM.
If it is hanging, that suggests incorrect details. Is it just a basic SMTP server? If so, have you got the correct port/authentication etc?
Hi Will, than you for the help. If I go to the Email Settings under Admin and input my credential there, I have no problem saving the profile and have successfully sending out test emails. But if I go to Inbound Email and then tried to set up an email account there so we can send out bulk emails, that’s why the hanging occur and I will have to restart the instance in the Amazon AWS dashboard.
