suiteCRM 8 login issue

when I try to log in to the app,it shows an error that is “error occurred while fetching meta tags”, sometimes it logged-in the user but after in few seconds its session become expires automatically, and log out the user

the CRM is hosted on AWS EC2 t2.micro instance,
I have updated the memory limit to 1024M in php.ini but still facing this issue

Hi all, I solved this problem changing the directories/files permissions recursively to 775; I changed permission in :
/mysite/cache
/mysite/public/legacy/cache
/mysite/public/legacy/custom
/mysite/public/legacy/data
/mysite/public/legacy/modules
/mysite/public/legacy/themes
/mysite/public/legacy/upload
