SuiteCRM 8.6.2 installed using Hostinger AutoInstaller running very slow

Hello!
I installed a fresh instance of SuiteCRM 8.6.2 hence is it empty inside.
Unfortunately loading every page takes more than 10-15 seconds.
I did everything I could that I found on the forum, PHP version is correct (8.2), PHP opcache is turned on, installed and re-installed the instance to make sure, followed the performance tweak instructions by adding the configuration override options. Looking at the CPU and RAM usage it never spikes and does not even come close to the limit so the server is not an issue.

At this point I am not sure what else to try, I tried the live demo and it opens pages almost instantly unlike my version.

In Admin/ Diagnostics/ phpinfo what is the effective memory_limit?

Thanks for the quick reply! From what I can see in the phpinfo it is 512M . Looking online the recommended is 256M so 512M shouldn’t be the problem I assume.

Ok, that should not be the problem.

Maybe network/connectivity problems?

Did you check ping times, DNS resolution times, etc?

Also check if your delays are constant or variable. Constant delays are typically programmed timeouts (such as your primary DNS timing out, and then a request goes to the secondary).

I am sorry for the late reply, I didn’t see at all you replied.

I ran the tracert and here are the results:

On 5 to 8 is “Request timed out.”

DNS resolution time is 0.012239

The SuiteCRM is installed on a subdomain, could this be an issue?

To add, there are no issues with any of the other sites speed performance, just for the SuiteCRM installation.

Unfortunately no solution, but an anecdote:

I had one shared hosting account with a different company.
Suite was running incredibly slow (1 - 2 min page loads) and on the same host / server / db a Drupal installation is running very fast and smooth.

Unfortunately, we (the tech support and me) haven’t been able to figure out where it comes from.
Additionally, for many shared hosting environments, even if you identify the issue, the hosting company might not change anything technically around their standard servers.

Do you have any option to get a VPS somehwere else?
I’ve simply done that and it worked right away - took way less time to setup than to wait, email ping pong and potentially debug.
