SuiteCRM 8.3 - Display of special characters with HTML encoding instead of displaying special characters

Special characters are displayed with HTML encoding on only one module, that of calls, or the input data are also displayed as such in this tab only. The rest of my data is correctly displayed in the rest of the tabs, including in my database?

SuiteCRM is configured with utf8mb3_unicode_ci and my database is also in UTF-8

Here is an example of a display I can see on the Call Module :

special_char_Encode_HTML

And the difference in the display of data seen in the Call module vs view in the Account module :

Call module : Communauté vs Account module : Communauté
