SuiteCRM 7.12.5 Installation error

I installed 7.12.5 on localhost. This is what my screen looked like when I logged in. What is the problem ? Can anyone help?

Hi,
you should update your php.ini, by either setting the parameter display_errors to Off or by reducing the output of error_reporting (same file), example: error_reporting=E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_STRICT & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_WARNING

Is there something I did wrong? because nothing has changed on the site.

Have you restarted the webserver (something like service apache2 restart) after your change?
