Not able to install at windows.

Got an error on update from 7.11.7 to 7.11.8

When I switch from version 7.11.5 to 7.11.8 it hangs at the Preflight Check step, I don’t get errors on the screen but if I go back to Admin -> Upgrade Wizard I have a screenshot without css styles. Also if I return to the url http://hypercrm.prosyt.it/index.php?module=UpgradeWizard&action=index and click on ‘forward’ nothing happens, I only get errors in the console.
Attached are screenshots and errors.
I also attach the error part of the Apache log and the file upgradeWizard.log

Hi @Aureh12

I have just run an update from the version you reported using the packages found on SourceForge (Package DL Link)
Could you confirm what PHP version, hosting platform (Apache2, Nginx, etc) and any further information that you believe would be of assistance to testing?
Could you also attempt to perform the upgrade using the package from source forge in case there appear to be any differences?

My environnement is :
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
PHP: 7.2.19
Apache: 2.4.29 (ubuntu)
Upgrade file: https://suitecrm.com/files/162/SuiteCRM-7.11-Upgrades/468/SuiteCRM-Upgrade-7.11.x-to-7.11.8.zip

I do not think it is related to environnement.
Maybe because I had previously delete the folders “Suite7”, “SuiteR” in /themes ? (if anybody can try this)

Anyway, to make sure everything was properly updated, I just copied all the files from the complete ZIP SuiteCRM…

I hope other will not have this issue, but I can see already from this thread that I am not the only one.

I also wanted to try to copy the files from the full release… I don’t know if to copy them over brutally or delete everything, install the files from the last release and copy my /custom folder over them :blink:
