SuiteCRM 7.10RC - No theme when I switched the default language

I installed SuiteCRM 7.10RC, added a language patch and changed the default languate to Spanish (Administration->locale->language). After saving the app looks like this:

When I switch back to English the SuiteP style re-appears.

The file cache/themes/SuiteP/css/Dawn/style.css does not get created on Spanish.

This issue has been fixed here: https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/pull/5004 and will be included in the next release.
