We are using suit version 7.4.3. right now it is being used by 10-15 users which are using it simultaneously and our database is containing very large data (approx 1.5 Gb and still growing ). Now the problem is related to the performance. when I open any case or any related module the system response time is very long.
For resolution of it. we already talked with our Cloud hosting provider and he suggested us that he already took all necessary steps which are mentioned by SuiteCRM docs to improve performance. but the problem still exists.
So, we explore the code and found that when I running a URL of CaseDetail view, we found that more than a thousand of queries runs in which some are running more than 10 times. So, I just want to know that is that normal behaviour of the system or something wrong with our system.
Can you please suggest the necessary steps to improve my suiteCRM response time.
