Suite 7.9.2 - Mail send only to me

Hi,
After the upgrade 7.9.2 :
When i send an email to somebody I receive it in my mailbox but it was not send to the contact.

Can you please explain better? Who do you include in the “To:” field? Two addresses, one being yourself and then an additional one?
