Suit CRM new instance are not login there are Multiple suit CRM on server ?

HI I am creating Multiple instances of suit crm for multiple sub-domain as user1.crm.com user2.crm.com. Here what is hapeen i am not get login acess to this crm . Here I have pointed my sub domain to my IP as 45.33.121.108 i am not able to access the site login but if try as with 45.33.121.108/ashok.crm.nadsoftpro.info => It working fine but ashok.crm.nadsoftpro.info => this is not working on my machine but it working on other user browser so I have clear my browser cache but it work ones again it not working

how are you handling the instances? as virtual hosts? what server are you using? apache, mysql, php, etc?
