I’m net to suiteCRM and really enjoying this CRM. I have been looking for a way to integrate a Knowledge Base inside of the CRM so employees can get their customer questions answered. I have been looking everywhere with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions for integrating a Knowledge Base, maybe a script somewhere that works well with suiteCRM. Thank you for any ideas.

You could create a custom module for SuiteCRM in Admin -> Module Builder and create a knowledge base.

I’ve been looking around at the custom module option and think I can do it. One thing - do you have a recommended tutorial for creating custom modules? I’ve found some, but I question if they are outdated. Thanks for any suggestions.
