Hello!
I am new to SuiteCRM and my concern is that the more you use it the harder it would be to locate an info or to see the whole picture when you look after 2-3 years and the subpanels will be flooded with calls, opps, meetings notes etc.
In my company we use seasons (not fiscal years since we have to work from May to April due to seasonality of our products). I was thinking if there was a good way or practice to keep all the activities meeting and notes and opps within seasons so that they will not flood the contact’s or account tab…
Any suggestions?
