Subpanel of Contact module is not showing on Contact page

Subpanel of Contact module is not showing on Contact page.Other subpanel like leads is working

Suite suddenly stopped working and It gives error:
[28527][1][FATAL] Exception in Controller: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1835 Malformed communication packet

SuiteCrm Version 7.7.4
Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509)

You should have the message before next format:
"Exception handling in " . __FILE__ . ‘:’ .__LINE__
May be problem there…
