In the lead record Calls, task, meeting subpanels not displaying.
In relationship m-m relationship by default is exists. but sub-panels not display.

I have already added this but Call not displayed under lead module.
Is this an upgraded system? Do you have any customizations or add-ons that might be breaking this?
Do the subpanels appear in Studio/Layouts?
Please also try a Admin / Repairs / Repair relationships
And check if there’s anything in your logs.
