We are fairly New to SuiteCRM, Migrating from SugarCRM through Suite 7 and now to Suite 8.6 which is the current install.
I have a weird issue and just cannot find the file to edit and wonder if someone can point us in the right direction to the right file(s) to resolve the issue.
We use a custom module called Res_Respondents (this is a very similar record layout to contacts). It has a One to Many relationship to the Projects module. Within the Project Module we have a custom filed “auto_projID” which is an auto increment field.
Where ever we have a list of projects by default we always want them in auto_projID desc order.
Issues:

In the Res_Respondents / Detail View/ Subpanel (Projects) there is the action button (Create / Link) If you select Link a popup appears to select the project: This is not in the correct order - but need to set the default to desc.

In the same popup - the Column heading Project ID (auto_projID) is missing - all other ones are there and they are there in the main module and in studio.

In the same popup - under basic filter - the entry field for Project ID to search / Filter is missing although there is a space for it.
