Subpanel for Contacts not showing under Cases module

Hi,

I have upgraded SugarCRM CE 6.5.16 to SuiteCRM 7.1.1 and after upgrading I seem to be having a problem whereby I cannot relate any of my cases to a contact as the sub panel is missing under the Cases module, preventing me from selecting related people. Before upgrading I could see the Contacts subpanel under Cases and this worked without issue and I have not customised the Contacts module, all it has is the default “Many to Many” relationship between it and the Cases module.

The subpanel is enabled in Admin and the module is enabled. I have tried a Quick Repair and Rebuild, Repaired Relationships and Roles, to no avail.

Any ideas?

Are there any errors in your sugarcrm.log? Do you have error reporting on?
