Subject disappears when editing after 7.10 upgrade

Hello,
since this upgrade, when I edit a logged Call, the subject disappears. It is back if I cancel the editing. :huh:

since the fix is in a generic file, I think it will fix both Notes and Calls. Tell me how it goes.
