Studio not working, page blank

One week after the upgrade to 7.14.4, something happens.
Studio page appears blank.
Also, other things doesn’t work anymore, like date chooser, and some menus
Any suggestion ?

Check file permissions & ownership:

Set the correct permissions on the SuiteCRM directory (Linux):

  sudo chown -R www-data:www-data .
  sudo chmod -R 755 .
  sudo chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload
  sudo chmod 775 config_override.php 2>/dev/null

I’m on windows server platform, but :

  • SYSTEM, CREATOR OWNER, ADMINISTRATORS, NETWORK SERVICES has full access to all folders, subforlder, and files, recursively

Check your logs for errors…

  1. stop Apache
  2. delete all logs
  3. start Apache
  4. go to Administration->Studio : stuck
  5. here are the logs

Your error messages indicate troubles with auto-wiring, so perhaps checking the vendor directory, re-running composer, or clearing the Symfony cache might help.

Sometimes it’s easier to grab the final product of these processes from the upgrade packages, but I can’t advise for your specific case because I don’ t know what your installation / upgrade process was like.
