Strange log file whend Send Queue

Hello,

I am new on SuiteCRM, and I have already encountered few issues (unable to back up nor upgrade, the “click thru links” list doesn’t refresh once I click once on it…").

By the way, here is an problem that makes me made.

When I have emailson queue, and when I press “Send Queued Campaign Emails” :
-Rarely it sends up to 150 emails (so I presume that my SMTP settings are ok)
-Often, the screen stays the same and the log file tells "

SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: info@provider.com: <info@provider.com>: Recipient address rejected: Sorry, too many emails

I contacted my provider (OVH shared hosting) and he said that this message does not come from him. I can have this log when I send onlty one email.
-More over, lastely, most of the time I have

. It is quite logical, because this file doen’t not exist on my server.

I just created my business, I am not a computer expert .
This CRM looked great but onec installed I got sick loosing my time trying to make it work. :sick:
If anyone can help me, at least on the sendind queue issue I would be delighted. :silly:

Can you please re set your permission on your instance?

In Admin > Campaign Email Settings what value is the ‘Number of emails sent per batch’ field should be by default 500

Re setting my permission did not change anything.

Regarding the batch, I won’t be able to make a try now, because I did send my last emails clicking on the “Send Emails” button on the campaigns side.
By the way, my email provider doesn’t not allow more than 300 emails per batch

I have now plenty of “suppressed by email adress or domains” in my campaign status but at least the message have been sent to all my recipients.

I will update this topic on my next campaign

I don’t encounter anymore this issue. I did not post anything here because my settings are not the best, but at least it woorks for me :

On the campaign email settings, I set the “Number of emails sent per batch” at 150.
On the System Settings, I set “Listview items per page” at 140 (consedering I may send few test mails on the same hour).

So when I go on the email queue, I am able to select only 140 email adresses, and it goes through.
And because I still did not find a way to make the CRON working on OVH, I am very carefull to not press the “Send queue button” more than once per hour. ( OVH pro).
