So I have uploaded SuiteCRM to my hosting provider and set all the required variables recommended in the installation guide. Unfortunately, I am stuck on Step 2 of 2 - Configuration. I have configured the MySQL database user name and password and everything else and have entered that data into SuiteCRM, however when I click the next button nothing happens. I don’t even get an error message saying that something went wrong.
Can someone offer me some direction please.
