hello,
there are many spam cases in suitecrm cases in support tab,
how can we secure it did there are any antispam plugin or anything using which i can stop the hackers there??

That does sound like an issue :thinking:
I’ll take a look at the store for you although it may be worth going to the mail account which is used for case creation and blocking the offending email addresses from there (Ether blocking or creating a rule which redirects to trash)

Hi @sachin2211,

I’ve had a look and can’t seem to find any plugins designed to do this. I did find a few suggestions for things you can do on the mail server side. Maybe take a look at a few of these - https://www.linuxbabe.com/mail-server/block-email-spam-postfix
