Running 7.8.31. Is is possible to sort a report on multiple levels, eg account name and then last name of person?
Also, in one of the reports I would like to include leads who have not yet been sent an email, ie no such email exists. It seems that applying a condition where Emails:Date Sent is empty does not work. Is there a way to create this type of report?
Also, is it possible to create a report that tells me which leads have not been contacted within e.g. the past six months? In other words, using date of last contact as a condition taking into account there may have been anywhere from one to many emails sent to a particular lead but I want to identify ones to whom /no/ new email has been in the past e.g. six months.
Doable in the report module?
Answering your last question. Yes, you can create a report listing the contacts (or leads) that have not had any activity such as “Sent/Received Message” for more that x number of minutes/hours/days/months/years. You can tweak the criteria as needed. Here’s a screenshot to get you started.
But is that not just for campaigns? I am looking for date of last email contact, i.e. individual emails, not campaigns.
Just tried to replicate it with Leads and individual Emails but it does not seem to work.
Well, it sort of works. I cannot get the grouping to work so some leads show up multiple times if they have been sent multiple emails. Not sure right now if those contacted both before and after the cutoff date are indeed excluded (they should be excluded if contacted after the cutoff date). The report should have just those who were not sent an email after the cutoff date even if they had received another email prior to the cutoff date.
Can confirm that leads sent emails both /before/ and /after/ the cutoff date are still included in the report (they should not be). I would think this might be because the grouping on last name/first name/email address does not seem to work.
