Something happened WORKFLOW stopped working

Hello,

I do not know what happened exactly, but the WORKFLOW suddenly stopped working.
I’m trying to understand what happened and can not!

As you can see in the attached picture, it worked until a few days ago.

This is the simple WORKFLOW. Whenever there is a change in a specific field (list box) - No matter what kind of change. The workflow sends email to a contact.

Now it suddenly stopped working.

when using on any change you need to check the box “repeated runs” because it wont get triggered if the field changes again after one fired work flow.
