some issues with email module

Hi,
A try to use email module.
I have some issues.

  1. choose the ditor tiny / mozaik / direct html have no effect.
  2. With my user account (admin), I can’t access to group mail, but with the other (admin) users I can. When I choose group mail account in email module, I see only my personnal email.

I had some errors in my suitecrm log when i click on compose email :

What is your version of SuiteCRM?

It is the7.11.3.

These errors seem weird, I don’t remember seeing them before.

If you can maybe try cloning the system to a new server, and then perhaps try a more aggressive reconfiguration, deleting email accounts, then adding them back…

But I am a bit lost about how to help you :frowning:
