Need guidance regarding outbound call from CRM with softphone.
I have Xlite Soft phone , i want Click to call functionality with Call track like Summary, duration, log etc. downloaded click to call community function from https://sipphonextension.com/ i have my own asterisk server, plz guide me for the step by step configuration because i am not a developer.
