SIP integration in SuiteCRM without extra software How to ?

So I know I can click to dial if I have an extra SIP phone software on my PC and my PBX system is running.
But anybody did softwareless integration? as a SIP client is a Javascript in suite/sugar?
How can I accomplish this ?
