Yes that’s right. We are currently working on providing an alternative (which is super soon).
If you wish to sign it manually please send a copy which is available suitecrmcontributorlicenseagreement.zip (21.3 KB) to the community email address.

Also include reference to your GitHub username so we can associate that to you.

Is there a way already to sign the CLA online?
We have just opened a PR (https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/pull/8995) but haven’t signed CLA yet.
