Show Success Message After submitting Create Person Form

I want to ask how we can show success message to user after submitting Create Person Form. Where should i write the code for that in which file?

Could you be a bit more specific, ie. what do you mean by “Create Person Form” and what kind of message do you have in mind - a popup,an alert, a page or what?

In opportunity module there is contact subpanel from that subpanel i create contact after save i want one Alert message come,how i add alert and in which file and path ?
Please help me i have no idea.
