Share mail folders between users

I create group mail account, set scheduler and cron job. This works fine.

Other users can see this inbound mails. But all outbound mails go to “My Email” in folder “My sent mail” and other users cant see it.

Question is, it is possible to share sent mail folder between users?

You can set up a group inbound email(google around this) and you will be able to view this email inbox.
