Set call duration to zero or another value

Greetings,

I am unable to set the call duration to zero minute. If a call was made but no one picked, I would like to log that a call was made but no time or small amount of time(1 or 2 min) was spent. Is it possible to do this in SuiteCRM. If not possible, then can anyone suggest any best practices for tracking calls?

but they don’t explain how to change the values in the Dropdown, maybe you can find it in Studio?
