Just started using/testing SuiteCRM. We are trying to figure out how to keep Accounts separate from each user
Each user does not want to look at another users accounts
Is there away to keep them separate?

You need to set up security settings

My advice is to follow the section “Typical hierarchical setup” until you get it working and understand it, and only them try changing it to fit your needs.
Is there away to to have your own Calendar and a shared calendar between certain users along with a master Calendar?

I really don’t know the answer to that one, I’ve never used the Calendar module apart from very simple stuff only with my user…

Remember you can also use external Calendars, so it might be easier to get what you want by using Gmail, or Outlook (with the Outlook plugin) to do all the maigc, and then just have some simple integration with SuiteCRM to bring the data from one place to the other.
