Sending an email containing Documents attached to a Case

I want to create a workflow that when a file is uploaded to a case it will send an email containing the file to the case contacts.

I cant see a way to do this. I can send the email fine, but i cant find away to attach said document.

any ideas?

If the option to add the attachment is not there in the Workflow, you’d have to create a bit of custom code to do what you need.

(or use a more generic solution like me PowerReplacer SuiteCRM add-on)
