Send Mail at Scheduled Time is not working

Can anyone help me please?.. I’m creating a Campaign Newsletter using the Campaign wizard of SuiteCRM, but the Send Mail at Scheduled Time function is not working even if the Scheduled Date and Time is already set.

Hi, maybe you haven’t set up your Scheduler Jobs yet?

You’ll find instructions on Admin / Scheduler, below the list of jobs.

You can also go into one of the Jobs and check it’s “Last ran successfully” date. Pay attention to the time zone, does it look correct?

Thank you for actively answering my queries… I really appreciate it.

I walked through the Admin > Scheduler module of SuiteCRM and the instruction is to create a batch file and include the following command:

cd C:\Bitnami\suitecrm-7.9.5-0\apps\suitecrm\htdocs
php.exe -f cron.php

How do I proceed next? Are there other commands that need to be included in the batch file aside from the 2-command lines above?

It should work. Remember you have to make a task in Windows “Task Scheduler” to call that batch file regularly.

You’re using a very old version of SuiteCRM, you should really upgrade…
