Hello lads,
i want to create a workflow that sends E-mails automatically to a user. Since there are many users my idea was to create a field where i will store the Email adresse of a user and configure the workflow so that it sends an Email to the Email adresse stored in that field. I want to know if this is the correct method taking into consideration that there is no datatype called “Email” when creating a field.
Do someone have another method of doing this?
