Send an email to contact in case base on scenario

I am currently looking into settings in suitecrm (if any) in which by enabling that setting suitecrm can send an email.
My suitecrm_version - 7.4.3

So currently, is there any configuration by enabling it, I can send an email to contact.
For example:
we can send an email to case contacts when a specific scenario occurred like when the user updates the case origin type and after saving it contacts will get a notification email about the update like this?

If there is no such custom setting then programmatically how can I achieve it?
