this is where i can chose the template(this is the problem)

UP, still can’t find a solution about this problem

Hi. Any solutions to this issue? I’m on 8.3 Security groups works and limits viewing the templates but selecting templates during print shows everything.

Template Visibility Setting:

  • Double-check the “Visibility” setting of each PDF template. Ensure it’s set to “Group” or “Role,” and the group associated with the template is correct.
  • If the setting is “All” or “Owner,” adjust it to restrict visibility based on security groups.
  • To access this setting: Go to Admin > PDF Templates > Edit the desired template > Check the Visibility dropdown.

Where can I locate the Visibility setting? I am on SuiteCRM 8.4, but when I go to the edit view at PDF Templates, I can see the basic configuration and margins. Where should it appear? Or are you talking about Role Management? Please would you be so kind to attach a screenshot if possible?

Thank you kindly!

There is no visibility setting in the SuiteCRM for PDF Templates.

@rsp That’s exactly why I was asking @Urvi @urvi.variance where I could find it, since I haven’t seen that option neither in 7 or 8 version of SuiteCRM. Thank you beforehand for your time and help!
