Seeking Feedback on New Timesheet Plugin for SuiteCRM

I’m developing a new Timesheet Plugin for SuiteCRM, designed to integrate with the built-in Task, and ProjectTasks Modules. This plugin will allow users to track their activities and time spent on tasks directly through a desktop application, making it easier to manage and log work hours seamlessly.

Key Features:

  • Desktop Application Integration: Track time directly from your desktop, even when SuiteCRM is not open.
  • Sync with SuiteCRM Tasks: Automatically sync logged hours with the Task Module in SuiteCRM.

Thank you so much for working on timesheet add-on. It will be helpful if your plugin add new module and provide overview of the timesheet. Plus, in the future you can add functionality to send an email with timesheet details to users(manager, team lead, CEO, etc.).

In the Tasks module, I do not see any end date datetime field. I would be great if user can click a button and it will automatically put date and time in end date field.

Not related to timesheet addon but we were looing for time tracking addon at some point. Maybe you can further extend your timesheet plugin.

At one point, we were looking for time track feature in the SuiteCRM. For example, the case module will have a timer to start/stop and record number of hours spend on it by the user.

The plugin does add a new module


(that’s a panel in a task details page)
Timesheet is a module itself that connects to Tasks module.

It actually can connect to any other module too (like the case module you suggest)
