Security Roles, 'Create' column is missing

Hello,

I am setting up Security Roles in SuiteCRM 7.7.9 and I noticed one of the columns is missing (please see attached), I think it’s the ‘Create’ column, the one right after ‘Access’. I cannot set any settings for it.

The access column includes Create.
This looks like it may be a customisation, do you have any plugins or addon in your instance?
