Hi guys, need some tips as to what to do in cases like this:
Lets say we have LeBron as a Supervisor:
Role Management: Sales Supervisor (Leads → View Group)
Security Group: Team LeBron
Now Lets say LeBron has this in Team LeBron:
Giannis (Devcoach)
Carmelo (Pubcon)
TMac (Pubcon)
Jalen (Pubcon)
Dirk (Pubcon)
Steve (Pubcon)
Draymond (Pubcon)
As you can see Giannis isn’t just a Pubcon, but rather a Devcoach (which also acts like a Supervisor but he is still under LeBron).
To be specific these are the SecurityGroups I made:
• Team LeBron: LeBron, Carmelo, TMac, Jalen
• Devcoach Giannis: Giannis, Dirk, Steve, Draymond.
*Now with these set-ups both LeBron & Giannis can view the Leads of their Groups, but since Giannis is still under LeBron, LeBron should be able to see all Giannis and his teams Leads.
*
I tried adding LeBron to Devcoach Giannis’s SecurityGroup. The problem is since LeBron & Giannis is in the same group, Giannis can view LeBron’s Leads, even though supposed to be NOT.
Can you give me tips on what to do in this kind of matter?
I’m not 100% clear. If you give both parties group access to leads and then put them in each other groups of course they will be able to see each others leads.
So I understand you have two groups of people and two supervisors.
I understand Group A people see Group A leads. Group B people see group B leads.
I’m unclear on wht you want manager of group A to see and Manager of Group B to see.
You need a combination of Roles and Groups.
Manager role for example, see group leads, sales rep role see only own.
Group A manage will see all group A leads and group A sales reps will see only their own.
Groub B manager will see all group B leads and group B sales reps will only thier own.
If you assign a manger role and put the manager in Group A and Group B the manager will see all leads in Group A and Group B.
Tell me more specifically what you want to happen and I’ll give you the setup. I’m not 100% sure from your description.
