What is the best practice to secure SuiteCRM through .htaccess?

Recommendations for files and directories permissions (755 and 775) are not ideal for security on shared hosting so it would be good to increase security through .htaccess

Hi Nevals,

It is not something I have personally done. If you are worried about security, it would probably be best to consult and expert on this or look into solutions such as setting up VPN’s/LDAP for secure authentication/encryption.
