After trying to use the 'search" feature, I’m stuck - system will not allow me to View Contacts.

If possible, click “Clear” , click “Search” and then clear your browser’s cache. Press CTRL+F5 and try to view Contacts again
Thank-you. That worked for one user, however when I view contacts the “advanced search” fields still appear. ALSO - - the search feature does not work at all?
